This is an excellent no-nonsense book on weight training per the teaching of Arthur Jones and use of Nautilus equipment. No extra pages just to make a big book. The author gets right down to brass tacks. No one knows more about Arthur Jones/Nautilus than John Turner. Good to see credit given to natural weight men like Reg Park, Steve Reeves, Brad Harris, etc. Should be of interest to all bodybuilders and strong men. I recommend this book highly.

This book reminded me of how effective this style of training is and inspired me to return to hard training.
John Turner's book has blown the doors open on the myths and fads of muscle building exercise. Anyone who is interested in the physical development of their body cannot help but benefit from applying the wisdom of Arthur Jones that is central to the book. You will learn how Jones improved upon conventional barbell training with the development of the Nautilus line of exercise equipment. Although you will not have to throw away your barbells to have success, you will discover that long workouts with an endless number of exercises and sets are not the most productive way to build muscle and strength.
